Design Principles

The program has been designed for a working professional, keeping in mind their needs, and the experience they bring to the table.

*Exposure visits (domestic or international) are subject industry or organization specific budgetary support.

Program Structure

The program is structured into 4 phases with online & in-person learning sessions, a phase of project work, culminating in a Certification event. A participant who successfully completes the program is connected to a Community of Practice for continued learning and collaboration.

Type of Courses

To offer one additional level of flexibility to the participant or partner organization, the there are two course offerings for the LCCM program. While the learning curriculum remains the same in both courses, the regular (full) course offers the opportunity to undertake project work with mentor support.
